As an IT professional, all of us need be abreast of new technologies, or facing being obsolete. You may hear about those buzz words: cloud computing, in-memory database, mobile applications. You may read books, magazines and websites, but do you want to know more?

We will invite experts in those fields to present their first hand knowledge and new innovations . They are trainers, architects and thinkers.


Also if starting your own business part of your American dreamer, you will find guidance as well.

Speakers’ Bio

Dr Logan Song

Dr. Logan Song is currently working as a senior architect, specializing in Storage Area Networking, Datacenter Design and Deployment, and Cloudy Computing systems. Over the past 15 years, Logan has been a leading architect for numerous enterprise projects. His clients include Wall Street financial giants such as JPMC, Citigroup, NYSE, and NJ pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, BMS, Pfizer. Some of his designs are groundbreaking: the first HA and DR clusters spanning multiple distributed data centers
for major Wall Street banks, and the first cloudy computing systems for major financial firms.

Dr. Song maintains expertise in Unix Systems, Cisco Networking, EMC Storage Networking and VMware virtualization technologies. He is an EMC certified SAN expert and cloudy computing specialist. He is also a Cisco certified Network Professional (CCNP) and VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

Dr. Song has also been teaching SAN, VMware and CCIE storage networking for more than 12 years, at local professional technology institutes. His students are from all over the States, including Vermont and California. Many, many of his students found new or better jobs after taking his classes, and they dearly call him a “SAN Wizard”, a “Vmotion Architect”.

Mr. Andrei Volkov

Mr. Andrei Volkov arrived to the US in 1995 from Ukrain with $25 and a stack of books. After a few years of study, I have been working as IT consultant since 2001 for companies including EDS, Unisys, J&J, Merck and Metlife. I have MS degree in Chemistry from the University of Utah, a private pilot license from the FAA and have never been without work for longer period than a typical American vacation.

Mr. Puneet Asthana

SAP Principal Consultant in SAP America.

He has been a well-recognized expert in SAP development and has over 15 years of Software development and consulting experience.  He has been working for SAP America for over 9 years and has worked on number of project as technical lead/technical Architect.  He has extensive experience in SAP NetWeaver development, SAP PI, ABAP, Workflow and Mobility and is involved with Mobility development and consulting assignment. Puneet gave an excellent speech at NJCCPS years ago. He presented Business Doc Exchanging using SAP PI.

Mr. Charlie Gil

HANA Technical Architect / Principal Consultant in SAP America.

Charlie has been a Netweaver Technology specialist/Consultant for more than 10 years, started as a SAP basis consultant then moved to HANA Technology. He has involved with a great deal of major customers’ HANA projects in US. He is also a certified HANA consultant who has been a front runner in this advanced technology.
